Position: Picking Supervisor

About the Position

We are looking for a self-driven and structured Picking Supervisor for our picking department with experience in warehouse work. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for order picking for customers, including grocery, chilled, and frozen services.
• Collaborate with the picking team to minimize inaccuracies.
• Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a leading position with responsibility for other employees or in a similar role.
• Driver's license (B) is mandatory.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in both chilled and frozen environments.

Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM but may vary due to different circumstances such as holidays and similar.
